Waterland Detection Engineering Ltd. is fully committed to the development,
implementation, and certification of a Quality Management System meeting with
the requirements of ISO9001: 2000, for its services.
At Waterland, we aim to provide excellent quality services in all aspects of our works,
from the initial enquiry to the final production of engineering report.
In order to achieve this, it is our policy to:
1. Provide effective and reliable services to satisfy the customer's requirements and expectations;
2. Provide professional services of the above up to the statutory and regulatory requirements.
3. Listen to, explain, and provide professional advice so as to gain the confidence of our clients;
4. Maintain good communication with our clients to inform them the latest and detailed working
information and status, with reports on progress, completion of works, final
reporting and
recommendations;
5. Undertake all of the various activities necessary to meet the below objectives in the most efficient
and effective manner possible, in terms of time, resources, and cost;
6. Monitor, control and improve the effectiveness of the Quality Management System by a series of
scheduled Internal Quality Audits and Management Reviews; and
7. Provide appropriate training for staff to maintain their competence for performing activities affecting
product quality.
